not bad lots of ppl comin today good one :)

today trainin very jia lak we run 14 lap =.=|| coz few of the player passin was out of the box so "jiao lian" ask ALL the player go and passin 400 time den can go drink water =.=|| so the trainin is fun but not tired at all :D

haiya and one think i damn sian of tat the TOPI " JIAO LIAN " put mt play leftmid "faint" " JIAO LIAN " I play Forwrd de la "faint"
